We run our own discovery programs using Syngenis One (AI Discovery), targeting conditions where RNA and DNA approaches offer genuine advantage over existing standards of care. Programs focus on rapid candidate generation, biomarker work and clinical trial readiness, spanning areas such as neurological disease, infectious disease, cardiometabolic disease and oncology.

Syngenis One is actively designing antisense oligonucleotide and RNA silencing candidates across several high need therapeutic areas, designed from the outset for manufacturability and biomarker and endpoint readiness. Programs are described in general terms while they progress through discovery and validation.
Aptamer diagnostics pipeline.
We use Syngenis One (AI Discovery) to design aptamer based point of care diagnostic tests built on molecular signatures. Aptamers are stable, synthetic and highly specific, which makes them well suited to rapid, point of care formats. Our pipeline spans a range of high need conditions, with programs advancing through design and validation.
